We provide fire escape inspections in Philadelphia and surrounding townships / boroughs. Our inspections satisfy the requirements of International Fire Code Section 1104.16.5.1 and local Fire Codes.
Flat fee based on the number of stories of your building or the highest floor accessible by the fire escape. The most common sizes are shown below. For taller buildings or if you are unsure, select “Other” when booking.

We are a subsidiary of Reynolds Engineering Company, a full-scale structural engineering firm. At Philly Fire Escape Inspections, our licensed engineers perform structural inspections of fire escapes and provide inspection report to the appropriate agencies. Philadelphia began requiring reporting of the inspection in 2017. Lately, many townships and boroughs in the surrounding areas are also requiring reporting of the fire escape inspections.
We try to simplify the process to make it easier on the property owner / manager. We offer online booking, and we guarantee that the report will be submitted to the appropriate agency within 1 week. Typically, it is submitted the day following the inspection.
